📩 How can I contact Kattelux?

You can reach us at support@katteluxe.com, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you with anything you need.

📦 Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

🚚 Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our U.S. warehouse for faster delivery times within the United States.

🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?

As we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After this time, your order will have been processed, and we will be unable to make changes. However, you can return your order once received if eligible under our Return Policy.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

🕒 When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Since we ship from our U.S. warehouse, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.

🐾 How does KatteBox work?

KatteBox is a fully automatic self-cleaning litter box designed to eliminate scooping, odors, and messy litter tracking. It removes waste after every use, keeping your home and your cat’s space clean—without the hassle.

🐱 Is KatteBox safe for my cat?

Yes! KatteBox is designed with advanced safety sensors that detect your cat’s presence. It will pause cleaning if your cat is inside or nearby, ensuring a stress-free and safe experience.

🚀 What type of litter can I use with KatteBox?

For the best performance, we recommend using clumping clay litter that is compatible with self-cleaning systems. Non-clumping litter, wood pellets, or crystal-based litter may not work properly.

🧼 How often do I need to clean KatteBox?

The waste drawer should be emptied approximately once a week for a single cat and more frequently for multi-cat homes. The inside of the unit can be wiped down monthly for maintenance.

⚙️ What happens if my KatteBox stops working?

KatteBox comes with a 1-year warranty. If you experience any issues, our technical team will assist you with troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements. Simply email us at support@katteluxe.com.

🔄 How do I return an item?

Please contact us at support@katteluxe.com before returning any item. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions if your item qualifies under our Return Policy.

🚛 What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please email support@katteluxe.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

💰 When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
