Our self-cleaning litter boxes come with a 1-year warranty and dedicated after-sales support to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Because our litter boxes are electronic and hygiene-related products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used. This ensures every customer receives a brand-new, clean, and fully functional unit.

However, your purchase is protected by our 1-Year Warranty and After-Sales Service:

  • If your unit has a technical issue or defect caused by non-human factors, we’ll provide replacement parts or support at no extra cost.

  • Our dedicated support team will help diagnose any issue remotely and guide you step-by-step to resolve it.

  • Warranty covers all internal electronic components and essential mechanical parts.

All Kattelux automatic litter boxes are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects and malfunctions.

  • If you experience any technical issues, our after-sales support team will provide guidance and troubleshooting solutions.
  • If the product has a serious defect that cannot be resolved, we will issue a replacement part in accordance with our policy.

2️⃣ Returns & Refunds Policy

We only accept refunds in cases of product confirmed defective on arrival or for orders cancelled before shipment.
Due to the nature of our products and pricing model, we do not accept returns for personal reasons or change-of-mind purchases.
