1. Processing Time
✔ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
✔ Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2. Shipping Time & Costs (DHL Home Delivery)
✔ Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days across Europe.
✔ Standard Shipping (DHL Home Delivery): FREE
✔ Express Shipping (if available): Additional cost at checkout
3. Order Tracking
✔ You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
✔ You can track your order using DHL's tracking system.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
✔ We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
✔ If your package is lost, please contact DHL's Customer Service directly with your tracking number.
✔ If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local DHL's office.
5. Wrong Address Policy
✔ If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot change it once the package has shipped.
✔ If returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
